About our Panels:
Please note that these are natural products
subject to environmental changes. While we
take many measures to ensure our lumber is
properly kiln dried and of high quality,
we cannot control the environment after production.
Therefore, please understand that some checking,
cupping and/or warping should be expected
and accepted.
Returns, Cancellations and Warranty
Our customers may return any order Freight
Prepaid minus outgoing freight to us within
10 days only . No warranty is expressed or
implied thereafter.
If you need to cancel your order please email
or call us. Orders cancelled after shipping
within the 10 period will be refunded, less
all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Orders cancelled before shipping will be
refunded less a 10% administrative fee. Orders
cancelled within 48 hours will be fully refunded.
Minimum orders
Please note that our minimum
order is $70.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will
receive an email with a complete invoice
and confirmation with your order number.
Please ensure that you type in your email
address correctly so this process can be
completed.
Payment Types
We accept the following types of payment:
Money Orders, Certified and Personal checks
(please note that all checks must clear before
item is shipped), Visa, and Mastercard.
All Virginia Residents must pay applicable
tax.
We reserve the right to cancel any order;
as in unforeseen circumstances it may not
be within our scope to fulfill a particular
order.
