High Grade Lumber
We only use FAS Grade lumber for our Oak,
Maple and Cherry panels (grade yielding long,
wide clear cuttings. suitable for highly
visible, top quality hardwood applications
such as mouldings and furniture).We use Superior
I Face lumber for our German Beech panels.

Dimensions
We will produce wood panels in a variety
of dimensions, both standard and custom.
Our standard sizes range from 12 x 12 to
48 x 96, 4/4 and 5/4 thick.
Production
We use state of the art woodworking equipment
to produce all of our hardwood panels. Most
of our machinery is model year 2005 - From
our new straight line rip saw, high-tech
radio frequency gluer to our helical-planing
dual belt sanding machine. Your panels go
through the process and are cut to very precise
dimensions on our new computerized, sliding
table saw. Your panels are then packaged
with care and shipped directly to you.
Environmentally Sound Forestry Management
According to the Hardwood Manufacturers Association,
thanks to sustainable forestry management
nearly twice as much hardwood currently grows
each year as is harvested in the U.S. As
a result, the population of hardwoods in
American forests today is 90 percent larger
than it was 50 years ago.
Individual trees are selected
for harvest,
encouraging forests to
renew and regenerate
themselves naturally and
prolifically.
Virtually every part of
the log is used as
lumber or by-products,
and finished products
are re-useable, recyclable
and biodegradable.

Species
